Terms of Use | BPSS — Business Problem-Solving System

1. Agreement to Terms. By accessing or using bpsolving.com (“the Site”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

2. Site Description & Use. http://52.32.215.153 is the primary information and ecommerce platform for the Business Problem‑Solving System (“BPSS”) and its related services, guides, and resources.

3. Eligibility. Users must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

4. User Accounts and Membership. You may elect to create one, or more, user accounts on this Site. User accounts may be used to gain access to free or paid materials (e.g., downloadable Ebooks), memberships (e.g., in the Business Problem-Solvers Guild), videos and online education (e.g., the Business Problem-Solving Academy), Email & marketing lists, and other purposes. If you choose to open an account, your registration must include accurate and up-to-date information. The Site reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of these Terms.

5. Forms and Submissions. The Site provides forms and other methods users may use to request information, services, support, bulk purchasing inquiries, and other purposes. User submissions via must be truthful and lawful. Spam, false information, or malicious submissions are prohibited. By submitting a request or form, you grant the Site the right to contact you and use your submission for its purposes within applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property. All content, including text, graphics, images, logos, Ebooks, PDFs, and other types of content are owned or licensed by Dr. Rick Hubbard or BPSS. You may download and use free or purchased materials only for your personal and non-commercial use. Any other use (e.g., reproduction, distribution, modification, display, performance) requires prior written permission.
